Apartment spacious and clean. Communication with Canarias Getaway was prompt and any minor hiccups sorted immediately. Entry code did not work but we were able to contact you and it was solved immediately. Water escaping from floor of shower - we asked for more mats and these were provided on the day. There was no electric kettle but was provided on same day once we asked for it.
