Designed to offer the perfect balance between leisure and remote work, the accommodation has a maximum capacity for 3 guests and a baby. Its excellent location on Calle Dr. Grau Bassas allows you to enjoy the lively urban life just a few meters away from the famous Las Canteras Beach. 1\. Living Area (Living Room-Dining-Kitchen). An open-concept space with large windows offering views of the lively street life in its section closest to the beach: Fully equipped kitchen. Dining table. Cozy living room equipped with a Smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the island. 2\. Rest Area and Bathroom. Quiet interior spaces, located away from the hustle and bustle of the street to ensure a perfect rest: 1 main bedroom: Equipped with a double bed. 1 secondary bedroom: Equipped with a single bed and a workspace with a desk, ideal for remote work. 1 modern and functional full private bathroom. Amenities, Safety, and Details Air conditioning throughout the apartment and free fiber optic Wi-Fi. Kitchen equipment: Fridge, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, and full kitchenware. A welcome pack is included (mineral water, coffee capsules, tea, sugar, and chocolates). Washer-dryer, iron, and ironing board available. We provide full bed linen, bath towels, a hairdryer, toiletries, and a first aid kit. Mid-stay cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels for stays longer than 7 nights. (It is the guests' responsibility to maintain cleanliness; the mid-stay cleaning we offer is a courtesy clean of up to 1 hour maximum, and under no circumstances is it a deep clean). You will be just a few steps away from Playa Chica and the majestic Las Canteras Beach (considered one of the best urban beaches in the world). The area has a wide range of restaurants, cafes with terraces, boutiques, supermarkets, and places of interest. It also has excellent public transport connections to the rest of the city. The closest paid parking is Parking Las Canteras, located just 160 meters from the accommodation, followed by Parking Tomás Miller at 270 meters. If you are looking for more economical options, you have Parking Olof Palme (500 meters away) and Parking Padre Cueto (650 meters away), although they are a bit further away. Access and Reception To guarantee maximum flexibility upon your arrival, we have a self-check-in system (access to the accommodation is via a web link the first time).
