Beim automatischen Check-In, welches ohne Mitarbeiter funktioniert, sollte man auf die richtigen Angaben beim Finden der Reservierung achten: Das, was unter "Surname" angegeben werden sollte, war bei uns der komplette für die Expedia-Buchung angegebene Vor- und Nachname. Ebenso war die geforderte Reservierungsnummer nicht direkt ersichtlich, da nicht etwa die Expedia-Reiseplannummer, sondern die Bestätigungsnummer benötigt wurde - Und davon nur der Teil ohne den "EXP-X-" - Vorsatz, sprich nur die Zahlenfolge. Eine entsprechende Mail mit einem Hinweis darauf wäre wünschenswert gewesen, zumal wir keine richtige Hilfe unter der angegebenen Hotline bekommen konnten, da es keinen englischsprachigen Mitarbeiter gab.
