Bright, with a great distribution and access to a cozy balcony where you can disconnect and relax. With capacity for 3 people, it is ideal for couples and business trips, as it has Wifi fibre, desk and a lift. Just a stone's throw from the beach, it has an unbeatable location right in the centre of the capital and is perfect for a unique holiday in Gran Canaria. This beautiful flat located on the front line of one of the best beaches in the capital, is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has Wifi fibre internet and a desk. It has a nice bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances that communicates with the spacious living room with sofa-bed and has access to the charming balcony where you can have lunch and relax. It also has a lift and Smart TV. Very well located, it has all the necessary services around, where you can enjoy a summer climate all year round and you will have the spectacular beach of Las Canteras just a step away from the flat. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes iron, toaster, fibre Wifi Internet, lift, bed linen and shower towels, cot and high chair and much more. Check-in after 10 p.m. incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival. On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm. Además la urbanización también cuenta con piscina comunitaria, todo un lujo para estar en ciudad!
