With a privileged location, close to restaurants and supermarkets, it has all the ingredients for a unique holiday in Gran Canaria.

This beautiful apartment is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has Wifi Internet Fiber at 300mb, desk and capacity for 4 people. It has a sofa-bed in the living room and two cosy bedrooms, the main one with a king size bed and the second one with a single bed and desk, designed for teleworking. With a fully equipped open concept kitchen, a spacious bathroom with shower and a living-dining room with a comfortable sofa and a TV, where you can relax and unwind. It has all the amenities you may need, a work area, 300mb Wifi fibre internet connection and a lift.

Its location is unbeatable, just a few steps from the impressive Las Canteras Beach and Playa Chica, with a wide range of restaurants and supermarkets around and close to the main points of interest of the capital. In addition, it is easily connected to the motorway to get to know the rest of the island comfortably.

The property has a kitchen open to the living room, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee machine, hairdryer, TV, Wifi Internet Fiber 300mb, bed linen and shower towels, lift, a perfect location and much more.

Perfecto apartamento con una decoración súper acogedora

Muy cerca de la increíble playa de Las Canteras, con todos los servicios necesarios como restaurantes y supermercados a pocos pasos de la vivienda. Muy cómoda ya que cuenta con ascensor y no es necesario disponer de coche para pasar unos días aquí. También preparada para el teletrabajo, en general muy agradable, para repetir.
