Accommodation of 27 m2 fully equipped and with capacity for 2 people. Less than 5 minutes walking distance to Las Canteras beach and in the other direction also 5 minutes walking distance to the commercial area of Mesa Y Lopez. Open plan kitchen with 3 ring ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. It also has unlimited wifi connection. The building was renovated in 2019 and is characterised by bright and soundproofed flats. Fabulous to enjoy a relaxing holiday near the sea. "Las Canteras Beach is a long stretch of sand, occupying some 3800 metres of coastline, which stretches along the bay. Apartahotel céntrico a cinco minutos de la playa, con medidas adaptadas a la crisis COVID permitiendo una estancia 100% segura.
