Accommodation of 25 m2 with fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. It also has a lift, iron and Smart Tv. With capacity for 2 people, it is ideal for a few days of disconnection. Unlimited Wifi connection. Less than 5 minutes walking we will find the beach of Las Canteras and in the other direction also to scarce 5 minutes we find the commercial area of Mesa Y The building was renovated in 2019 and offers bright and soundproofed flats. "Las Canteras Beach is a long stretch of sand, occupying some 3800 metres of coastline, which stretches along the bay. The kitchen is well equipped. Position is top, the sea, shops, restaurants are in 0-5 minutes walk. Playground just in front of the building, very useful if you have a kid. Good wifi, proper for working. It may be a bit noisy in weekends evenings /nights because of the bars outside, but you can just close the windows and turn on the AC if it's too hot,keep the windows open and enjoy the atmosphere. Canteras beach is jus 6min away by foot. The apartment is very modern and fully equipped for short and long stays. There’s street parking or a parking garage less than 100m away. The building had a few electricity shortages during the week of my stay, a bit annoying but electricity retuned within 30mins each time. Communication with the property manager should improve, they were not responsive at times and the checking process took sometime bc they did not send instructions in advance.
