Accommodation of 25 m2 with fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. It also has a lift, iron and Smart Tv. With capacity for 2 people, it is ideal for a few days of disconnection. Unlimited Wifi connection. Less than 5 minutes walking we will find the beach of Las Canteras and in the other direction also to scarce 5 minutes we find the commercial area of Mesa Y The building was renovated in 2019 and offers bright and soundproofed flats. "Las Canteras Beach is a long stretch of sand, occupying some 3800 metres of coastline, which stretches along the bay. Las Canteras is one of the best urban beaches in the country and in the world, as it is a beach with good weather almost all year round. The place in the capital to relax, where time stands still and where you can do sport any day of the week, wearing a swimming costume, bikini, goggles and snorkel, paddle (beach rackets) or surfboard.
