Fully equipped independent kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. It also has a lift, iron and Smart Tv. With capacity for 2 people, it is ideal for a few days of disconnection. Unlimited Wifi connection. Less than 5 minutes walking we will find the beach of Las Canteras and in the other direction also just 5 minutes away we find the commercial area of Mesa Y Lopez. The building was renovated in 2019 and offers bright and soundproofed flats. Great to enjoy walks along the avenue or along the beach and watch spectacular sunsets. From CanariasGetaway we are sure you will enjoy a wonderful stay and holiday in Gran Canaria (Biosphere Reserve). "Las Canteras Beach is a long stretch of sand, occupying some 3800 metres of coastline, which stretches along the bay. Las Canteras is one of the best urban beaches in the country and in the world, as it is a beach with good weather almost all year round.
