Being on a second floor\*, this 2 bedroomed apartment with two bathrooms holds all necessary features to feel like home away from home. Fully equipped with, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, satellite TV,dining area and small balcony that offers lateral views over the sea and Las Canteras Beach. There is air condition in both bedrooms! This one of our best properties, full of comfort, thought for our most demanding customers. Las Canteras Beach is one of the best city beaches in Spain holding 3 km length. The promenade boasts a lively ambience full of shops, restaurants, and all you may need on foot! \* Not recommended for PRM, second floor, no elevator. \*\*\* A security deposit of 400€ is required for incidentals.
