BEACHFRONT LOFT STORY by Living Las Canteras
This front line apartment offers an amazing view of Las Canteras beach, considered one of the top ten European city beaches (Tripadvisor). Located just a 5 min walk from the city center of Las Palmas (Plaza España) and 30 min drive from the airport. The apartment offers peace and comfort an it is ideal for both traveling families with one kid and / or a baby and honeymooners. Elevators can carry a medium sized stroller. No need to cross roads for beach access, as it is located just downstairs
Spacious and cozy studio. Queen size comfy bed (150cms). The living room has a sofa bed suitable for sleeping one adult or one kid. TV is 42 ". The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave with grill, coffee maker, Italian coffee machine, hand blender, juicer and all needed cooking utensils.
Amenities include:
- Free Wifi 300mbps high-speed
-Bedlines (extra if more than seven nights), one big and one small bath towel per guest (extra if more than 4 nights), one beach towel per person.
- Hairdryer, iron, table for the iron, vacuum, detergent for the washing machine and dish soap.
- One 1,5l bottle of drinking water, oil, vinager, salt, sugar, infusions. Shampoo, gel and hand soap.
- Beach toys for kids, two beach chairs, umbrella and two snorkle masks (fishing is forbidden since more than 10 years ago, therefore Las Canteras beach enjoys a very active and beautiful live under its water.
-Crib, highchair and beach toys available for free on request.
