Breakfast was gross. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel it’s the location is very very nice close to food close to shopping just a good energyand the staff was really nice. They’re under construction some of the rooms don’t have A.C None of the elevators have AC.

Great location - central to everything that Casco Viejo has to offer. Easy Uber ride everywhere else. Room was clean and what we needed. Shower was great. Only complaint is we had an inside room with no exterior window. Didn't spend a lot of time in the room, so wasn't a huge deal. However, for what we paid it would have been nice to see outside. There were a few nights where we could hear piano music that was piped in on speakers until very late in the room. Not sure that is necessary. And it was random nights and hours. Staff was lovely and accommodating. Breakfast was great!

Disappointed. Booked a premium room , 101, and was given a handicap room where the shower water sprayed all over the floor. Guests should be told if a handicap room is given. In addition, there was a loud noise every 45 seconds that would run for about 30 seconds under the floor. i believe it was the AC for the lobby below. Very annoying. Discussed both issues with the front desk and there was no action.
