The staff treats you like family it’s an amazing experience. The grounds are picturesque. Our room was beautiful and very clean. This is our second time visiting the hotel. Will be back again it’s so relaxing layback and quiet.

DO NOT BOOK THIS RESORT — Extremely Disappointing Experience
Unfortunately, my stay at this resort was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
The cleanliness and overall condition of the property were unacceptable. The room was not properly maintained, there was hair on the towels, the sheets had a very unpleasant odor, and I encountered roaches throughout the property. The shower floor paint was peeling and rusting, and the shower had extremely low water pressure, making it difficult to use.
The food and drinks were also very disappointing and did not meet reasonable expectations. Parking was inconvenient, and the overall service from the staff was poor. I received very little assistance when I needed help, and my interactions with management were equally frustrating.
I also had an extremely uncomfortable experience involving a member of the security staff, whose behavior I found inappropriate and concerning.
Overall, the combination of poor cleanliness, inadequate maintenance, disappointing food and drinks, poor customer service, and the uncomfortable experience with security made this stay one I would not want to repeat.
I tried it so you don’t have to. I strongly recommend considering other options before booking this resort.

Obviously property needs some upgrades. Couple of times the room door was locked. Thanks to excellent management and maintenance crevices was resolved quickly. They are going above and beyond to resolve issues but the facility needs new investment. Obviously the old door locks cannot last forever. Thanks Blue Bay staff for your input

"Room was outdated and found a barely dead roach in my room river view. But the view was good and didn’t have any issues with any other bugs in my room. Staff is nice. Only down side is in restaurant to drink my own wine with food I ordered from them they wanted me to pay them 60% of their list price ..."
