The property is yours to use privately. We, as hosts, are available most of the time and will answer any inquiries within an hour, unless it’s the middle of the night, then please call if it’s an emergency. We would also ask that you do “bother” us with anything that is not right during your stay, we would much prefer to hear from you so we can address and fix whatever is not ok. This makes us better hosts which is what we are striving for. The breakfast mentioned is the makings of a breakfast of farm eggs, English muffins, and NM gourmet coffee. We also provide basic spices, etc, so we recommend that you shop after you check in! We are a local small Real Estate Company (Rethink Real Estate LLC) who manages Airbnbs, we have a full staff to assist you during your stay. We are not on the premises, but the primary host along with co-hosts are available majority of the time and are quick to answer any questions or help with any issues on the app in your message thread. It smelled fresh and welcoming, and the furniture was very comfortable. The bedding was luxurious, though I used my own and covered the furniture to protect it from my dog’s hair. The yard was secure for dogs, though small ones might slip through the gate—I brought a baby gate just in case. The master bedroom opened to a patio, which made dog access easy, and the garage opener was super convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, and the location was ideal—right next to medical complexes and close enough to the freeway that you could see and hear it from outside. The only hiccup was that the VRBO app didn’t provide check-in instructions and messages weren’t going through, but calling the host got an immediate and helpful response. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, pet-friendly place in Las Cruces. ##### Bev B.
