"Had difficulty in the beginning because the pool had slippery steps and my friend who was with me in my room, fell and bruised her back really bad. It was already hard for her to go up and downstairs and we were on the third floor. We asked to be moved to the bottom floor and we were told the rooms were booked. A few days later, my friend ran into one of the owners and told him about her fall and he immediately told the young lady to move us to the first floor so we wind up being in Suite No. 3. It was amazing much larger. We did pay $25 extra night which was understandable due to. We took up a larger room however she did fall down and there was no warning about slippery stairs near the back of the pool where the barstools are. And number two there’s barstools and no bar tender. Assume we would have drinks in the pool the access to the beach was excellent. Staff was excellent trying to help us out which would be Andy and Dylan. Body wash was empty the last few days it was not filled however we had our own that we bought at a store. But that should be definitely part of the cleaning staffs responsibility to check that every time they clean the rooms. There was a problem with ants but understand that we’re in the jungle. Toaster was not working in our room, but we used our neighbors who are our friends in number four. No hair dryer and bathroom. Beach access was awesome and beautiful sunset. Would stay there again."

"Great property and incredible concierge service! Property was as advertised and very clean. Maria, our concierge during our stay, was a godsend and helped us with booking excursions, transportation and ensure we had an amazing holiday. The daily housekeeping was thorough! Thank you to a wonderful team who levelled up our expectations for future stays!"

"The house was in a great location on playa grande. The pool was great too. The location was not what we thought as the pool is actually in rear of property with no view of water. However, it was a great amenity to have. The house has more of a glamping feel as there is no dishwasher or washing machine but you can have housekeeping do your Laundry for a fee which was great. We also loved the massages the host lined up and we had the chef cook a few times which was also a nice addition. Would definitely come back. We loved how the hermit crabs would walk on the house and sometimes we found them in the shower. It felt very authentic Costa Rica."

"What a fabulous time we had at this venue. Our troop consisted of three surfing masters and four still working on it. Great location, great house, host was easy to contact and good WiFi. Next time we will take advantange of some of the conseguireservices offered like in-house prepared meals."
