Tastefully renovated village house in Laroque des Alberes.

  • An old village house, renovated with taste. The house is in a quiet part of town but close to all services.
    In the entrance you find a single bed in the room there is a double bed (180x200) in the living room on the 1st floor there is a sofa bed (160x200). From the floor you have great views of neighboring gardens to the sea. Bed linen, bathroom and cleaning included.
    Under the house is a cellar, where you can park your bicycle, moped or other material.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich inmitten des alten Stadtkerns von Laroque-des-Alberes. Es ist sehr urig und gemütlich eingerichtet und vom Wohn-/Essbereich hat man eine tolle Aussicht bis hin zum Meer in der Ferne. Das große Fenster konnte man ganz aufschieben, so dass wir praktisch im Freien gesessen haben. Wir haben uns hier sofort zuhause gefühlt. Restaurants, eine Creperie und Parkplätze befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Den nächsten Bäcker, Fleischer und einen kleinen Feinkostladen erreicht man in wenigen Minuten fussläufig. Wir haben im Restaurant "Le Catlan" zu Abend gegessen und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Das Essen war hervorragend. Direkt im Ort beginnen einige interessante Wanderrouten.Der Konktakt zu unserer Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert und aufmerksam.

Gemütliches Dorfhaus in einer wunderschönen Region

Wir verbrachten Anfang Juli zwei äußerst erholsame Wochen in Laroque, und das liegt sicher am Ort selbst, aber auch an diesem sehr gemütlichen Ferienhaus. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber geschmackvoll und man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Der Wohn-/Essbereich zeichnet sich durch eine wunderschöne Aussicht bis zum Meer aus. Nachts ist es herrlich ruhig und wir haben in dem bequemen Bett (auch dank Mückennetzen und Ventilator im Schlafzimmer) sehr gut geschlafen. Der Ort Laroque-des-Albères ist ein großartiger Standort für verschiedene Unternehmungen mit recht kurzer Fahrt zum Strand (wir sind sogar mehrmals mit dem Rad dort gewesen; es gibt gute, wenn auch etwas kurvig angelegte Radwege und idyllische Landstraßen). Im Ort gibt es eine ausgezeichnete Bäckerei, einen Minimarkt und verschiedene gute Restaurants, so dass es möglich ist, das Auto auch mal stehen zu lassen. Wir empfehlen das Haus jedem weiter, der Urlaub in einem traditionellen Haus mitten im Ort zu schätzen weiß und nicht unbedingt einen Pool, eine Spülmaschine und eine Klimaanlage benötigt. Vielen Dank noch einmal an Birgit für den netten Kontakt: wir hatten jederzeit das Gefühl, dass uns bei eventuellen Fragen schnell geholfen wird.

Très bon séjour

Lieu sympathique. Hôte réactive. Malgré que nous ne nous soyons pas vu, Birgit était très disponible par sms. Accès au parking pas très évident... Mais ça se fait. Agréable petite attention à notre arrivée, avec un délicieux petit pot de confiture maison 😊

Buena ubicación

El alojamiento tiene muy buena ubicación y bonitas vistas. Rutas de senderismo , playa cerca. El pueblo en verano está muy animado: conciertos fines de semana y los restaurantes ubicados junto a la casa tienen siempre gente. El alojamiento está muy completo, la única pega es que haciendo mucho calor, en la planta de arriba ( cocina, salón), por el día hace demasiado calor. Las campanadas del reloj , que suenan todo el día , y dos veces, son algo excepcional. El pueblo es bonito y tiene sus servicios: panadería, mercado, carnicería, etc.

Einfach schön!

Birgit Cobben hat uns sehr nett willkommen geheißen. Es gibt Landkarten und Reiseführer der Umgebung, man kann sie auch fragen. Alles ist freundlich, hell und sehr sympathisch eingerichtet, die Lage toll, man mag es gar nicht verraten, wie schön es ist! Wir möchten gern wiederkommen!

Vacances excellentes

Très joli logement, lit parfait, appartement spacieux bien équipé Petite cafetière Senseo avec des capsules pour un bon démarrage Idéalement situé pour profiter de marchés ,départ à pieds de la maison et Argelès pour la mer Le village est vivant même en cette période et pas.mal de restaurants La route pour aller au parking est très étroite il faut juste faire attention Je recommande et je pense même y retourner à l occasion

Idéal pour les randonneurs

Logement propre et très bien équipé. Literie excellente. Départ des randonnées à 5 minute à pied Nous n’avons pas rencontré Birgit, mais les échanges par SMS étaient très faciles et réactifs. Nous y retournerons volontiers.

Super séjour !

Super Séjour dans ce petit nid douillet; en compagnie sympatique des oiseaux chanteurs et enchanteurs. Idéalement situé pour les balades & randonnées, à pieds & en moto le long des sentiers et petites routes avec proximité du bord de mer Collioure, Port-Vendres et Banyuls. Merveilleux village catalan bien préservé au pied de son Château... Merci encore Birgit pour votre accueil et le délicieux petit pot de confiture d'Abricots...

Appartement au top pour découvrir la région

Super appartement au cœur du village de Laroque des Albères! L'appartement est décoré avec goût, propre, pratique avec une jolie vue sur les plaines du Roussillon :) Un petit plus pour le poêle qui fait tout le charme de lappart! La situation est aussi top pour faire des randonnées dans le massif des albères mais aussi très prêt de la cote vermeille en voiture (20 minutes max). Il ne faisait pas très chaud en ce mois de mars mais Birgit avait tout prévue avec fourniture de radiateurs dans les différentes pièces! Bref un appartement chaleureux au rapport qualité prix imbattable que nous recommandons vivement! Merci encore Birgit!

Superbe

Petite maison très bien située, en bordure du village avec une vue sur la plaine. Agencement bien pensé et très pratique, avec des équipements de qualité et de très bon gout en surplus. La literie est extra ! En hiver il est presque indispensable de compléter le chauffage avec le poêle. J'ai adoré y séjourner.

Excellent séjour

Maison hyper cosy, bien située sur une rue tranquille et en même temps près de tout. Son ameublement est raffiné, sa literie haut de gamme et tout le nécessaire pour le confort des occupants a été pensé. Nous y avons passé un séjour plus que bien dans une région où il y a tant à faire et tant à voir. Ce sera sans hésitation notre point de chute si nous revenons. La propriétaire que nous avons vu lors de notre départ n’a eu de cesse de se renseigner de notre bien être durant notre séjour. Nous la remercions aussi pour sa confiture maison...Délicieuse ;)
