### Penthouse with sea view 

This luxurious fully renovated property  
(Year 2020) is located just behind (100  
meters away) the famous Finikoudes beach  
in Larnaca and in the heart of the city centre!  
This two bedroom apartment on the top  
floor has both Seaview and City View at the  
same time! This is truly the new gem in  
town!  
The space  
The 90 square meter fully renovated, fully air-conditioned penthouse features a newly renovated bathroom, a flatscreen TV, fast WiFi and plenty of storage space. The penthouse offers a open plan solution where the kitchen, living room and dining space offers panoramic views of the sea. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a nespresso machine for your daily caffein dose. There is a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the sounds and sights of Larnaca.  
Guest access  
All of our guests have access to the rooftop pool of Hotel Atrium. It is less than 100 meters from the apartment and it costs 5 euro per person per day, which is the same as it costs to get a sunbed and umbrella at the beach.  
Other things to note  
No parking on property - No parking on  
site. There plenty of paid public and  
private parking places within 150 meter radius. All of our guests have access to the rooftop pool of Hotel Atrium. It is less than 100 meters from the apartment and it costs 5 euro per person per day, which is the same as it costs to get a sunbed and umbrella at the beach.
