"This is a very nice hotel in Downtown Albany. The beds are very comfortable, clean fresh linens and pillows. The bathroom shower is great, towels are clean and fluffy. Th breakfast is awesome too! Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Best stay that I stayed at in Albany, my flight was delayed so I had to make quick resavations, fortunately for us.. we made on with this hotel and let me just say the staff was fantastic, helpful, pleasant to talk to. I mean the hotel itself was beautiful and clean etc, the we didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast however the buffet style look clean .. the most important thing was checking in. The Lady at the front desk was really kind to us when we arrived. She took her time to check me in.. she helped me with everything I needed. She truly was my angel that day. . I was having a rought time leaving Albany and needed somewhere to stay for the night.. anyway I really recommend staying here. It’s super close from the airport."

"It’s a great room but all the furnitures are very dusty. My friend and I was disappointed with the breakfast it’s not very good at all it’s very greasy and the orange juice that I ordered it’s not 100% orange juice it’s blend with different fruits. Also the front desk staff are not ver presentable I was expecting that they will wear some sort of uniform but they wore everyday clothes, they look rough. It’s not very professional. When my friend and I checked in past midnight on Friday 08/14th the front desk lady who assisted us didn’t provide us the breakfast vouchers for the breakfast I paid, didn’t give us the instructions on what to do the next day check out to get out of the parking that I paid for. I had to ask for it the next morning. I travelled all over the world and stayed at 4-5 star hotels and I never had a bad experience I’m very disappointed. As I said the room is great it’s wonderful but the rest that I mentioned I would give it 1 ⭐️ rating."

"The Morgan State house is a combination of rooms in the main brownstone or in the building two buildings down (where we stayed). The main building is a beauty and open to all guests and serves a complementary breakfast every morning. In addition the lovely rear garden is also available. The other building is a lovely pre-war former apartment building with all the period features that you would expect along with convenient upgrades. The bed, linens and pillows were probably the best hotel sleeping experience I have ever had. The Morgan State House is in a great location and walking distance to fun restaurants. The staff was A+."
