Overall, I am happy with the place. I stayed in room 203. The king size bed was comfy. The room is so spacious but my only issue is the toilet. The space between the toilet bowl and the wall is so small that it would be a problem for tall people. Breakfast choices are ok. Staff in general are so nice and helpful. The location is ok but you will definitely need a car. We brought a car but am sure the hotel can arrange transportation.

Staff was amazing. Jean was the first person that welcomed me. She spoke English fluently and provided excellent customer service. Thank you to Jean, Wilson, Joey, James, Ivan, Bella and Jerry. Visiting from Monterey, California alone made my visit extremely pleasant. Each employee had integrity. I observed that all of them took pride in their job and a strong team environment. Everyone was so accommodating, helpful, professional and most of all kind. The room was cozy, quiet, very clean, inviting and spacious. I requested a room with a window and they were able to provide one immediately. There was plenty of warm water for showering twice a day. Location is walking distance to City Mall approximately 12 min and about 4k from downtown. Wilson, the cook provided a delicious breakfast during my 3 night stay. He asked me the day before what time I would like breakfast served. He was timely and always served with a smile; a very pleasant young man. The hotel has a very nice cafe offering many different coffee drinks. It's a nice place to relax and have a cup of coffee. My only suggestion when relying on public transportation such as a scooter, ask what the cost is prior to getting on. A scooter driver charged me 100 pesos for a 5.5k mile ride. According to the locals, he should have only charged 60 pesos. Other than this, my overall stay at the hotel was fabulous. It was a blessing to stay at this hotel.

Absolutely Amazing Stay – Already Planning Our Return! We recently spent 20 days at Salaya Beach Houses, with 16 days of incredible diving, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We stayed in a penthouse room, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after long days of adventure. The entire resort was impeccably maintained, making it a pleasure to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We opted for the full-board package, which offered generous portions at every meal. However, as we were staying for an extended period, we would have welcomed some lighter options to balance the offering. To add to the relaxation, we also had a couple of massages, and they were the best we’ve ever had—we would highly recommend them to anyone visiting the resort. What truly made our stay special was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like family. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making our experience even more memorable. The dive operation was exceptionally well-run, with highly professional dive guides and crew who made each dive safe, enjoyable, and unforgettable. The diving itself was spectacular, and the team’s expertise made all the difference. We had such an amazing time that we are already planning our next visit!
