This place states they are undergoing renovation but none is observed. Room smells musty, towels are like sandpaper. They no longer provide breakfast and no coffee or snacks are available. I should get a refund for having stayed here but wont make that mistake again. Also the elevator is scary makes hard stop and jumps. Looks ok from the outside but its not a good place.

This was a terrible stay there was no one at check in only a phone number to call if you needed something. This was seriously laughable even for a 2 star hotel in a small city like Laredo. When I tried to get someone at the lobby the cleaning staff said to come back in one hour to rekey my room. The lack of customer service is real...... Also they don't even have a vending machine to get a drink.

I arrived a round 8 pm and Front desk John informed me that my room was not available, that I had to look for other accommodations, and that I had to contact you yo cancel my stay, I told him it was non refundable according to the hotel policy, I explained to him that I was not canceling that the HOTEL CANCELLATION was being against my will and that he will have to refund me because my room was already paid. I found a room at La Quinta near the airport my total stay including taxes was $217.74 I’m not happy about this specially because the hotel didn’t bother to call me and let me know, I contacted Hotels.com around 5:30 am and a very nice lady named Karen helped me only to have the hotel not answer her call, she emailed the hotel and is waiting on a response.

The check in was quick and was told thw hotel was under a remodel so its understandable for some things are not in place. The room was good and comfy. We were missing a trash can, wif access but other than that it was ok.

Turnos out they were not serving breakfast and the pool was not working. When I asked for a discount foto not having these announced features, the front desk manager refused.

Hotel is recently remodeled, no staff at night after 12 midnight. Leave hotel and parking completely unattended. Mexican families of hotel maintenance crew are living in hotel, all jumped in swimming pool at 1am. They made so much noise and hoopla, I could not sleep. I yelled to shut up, but they ignored me and continued the dive-bombing and screaming until 3am. I didn't sleep at all, very upset at whole situation. They were running up and down the halls and soaking the elevator floor in their wet clothes. Nothing I could do. I went in the hallway and yelled at the older tattooed one, and he said he hadn't been in the pool yet, I told him to tell them to turn it down. Very confrontational vibe, felt like I might get attacked, as they have no American values to go by.
