This is a new hotel listing on Hotels.com. We booked and paid for a room online for 4 to include breakfast. When we arrived, we were told that they don't have rooms available for more than 2 people, although they accommodated us by charging for 2 more people in the room, and 2 more breakfasts. My wife was near to be killed because of a broken waterheater.The ground was not connected.She fell against the wall and hit her sholder and head. We got another room but it also had the same bad installetion.
