• 10-15 minutes to or from Tamiya or The Outlets at Pueblo Verde  
• 5-15 minutes to or from Korean Restaurants, Beach Resorts ( Jpark Island Resort, Maribago Blue Water, BE Resort, Costabella), McDonald's, Coffee Shop, and Pharmacy.  
• 15 minutes to or from Mactan Newton and Mactan Newtown Beach Resort  
• 15 minutes to or from Mactan Shrine  
• 30 minutes to or from 10,000 Roses  
• 1Hour and 30 minutes going to Sto. Nino Church and Magellan Cross and Fort San Pedro
