Relaxing weekend stay

We had a relaxing stay at this resort. No frills but everything went well. We liked how plated breakfast with a touch of hot soup before the main dish arrives. Over all a nice place to getsome sun and sea air.

It was a good place, and the service was excellent. The vibe is great in the hotel facilities. Sadly, when you go to the pool and the seaside, you will hear the noise from the construction beside the resort. I'd like to go back again when the construction is done.

The delax room and family rooms are big and good enough space to stay,and price is also cheaper than I thought. The staffs are so kind and helpful. Some of them can speak Japanese, so it's easy for Japanese to commuoicate each other! The seaview is also fabulous!

Front desk staff was really welcoming and very helpful. We appreciate that our room was upgraded due to some problems, however in the bathroom the ceiling was leaking and yellow water was dripping to the toilet seat. The shower pressure was weak. Overall we enjoyed our stay because of the friendly staff! The view was amazing from our window and the swimming pool was great.

No beach and we were so disappointed. Pool is dirty. Never got the chance to use. No nearby beach that we can visit. No nearby restaurants. We lived off through Grab food delivery. Miss leading pictures, but fine for the price.

The room was fine, but the whole place seemed a bit run down. We were literally the only people staying there. The picture of the pool is very deceiving as well. They make it look like its an infinity pool, however, it is not... The beach is non existent and its kind of dangerous to attempt swimming off the dock. Also, the food was not great and the bar tenders kept spilling our beers or running out of cold ones, so we drank most of them warm. Mix drinks were tiny martini glasses and not good. Theres also a very large sky rise hotel being built over top of the hotel, so we listed to construction noise the whole time, during the day. Staff was friendly though and it wasnt too far from the airport. The price was ok for what we got, but I'm not sure i would stay again.

Started bad: no staff at check-in (if there are guests to come, there should be somebody). The fittings were messy (not just dirty) and bad fixed. In the bathtub you always have the feeling to break through. No warm water. TV is absolutely not working (so I pulled the plug), wifi bad. Breakfast variety is awful. Staff is very friendly, beds were clean. Read carefully about room service! Two and a half stars definitely are minimum two stars to much! Sorry, never again!

I really liked staying here. The rooms and surrounds are okay but the staff make this hotel really great. I stayed here for 2 weeks. I asked the cook, Sarah, to make my cornsilog in a slightly different way and she made it exactly how I described it. One morning she wasn't there and I was worried that I would need to explain again. Turns out that she had told all the other cooks how I like it so they knew how to make it without me having to explain it again. 😍 The masseuse is excellent - experienced and skillful! The front desk is superbly helpful. I wished to try taking a jeepney so Divayn explained what to say and how to pay. She even drew a map! 👍👍 All the staff always greet you with a smile and always try smooth and bumps I encountered. Some rooms are in an unfortunate place where it can be a bit noisy from all the construction etc going on outside. It is outside the hotel's control but the staff are great so I would stay here again.
