  • This Beautiful chic, Humble condominium unit (Cityhaven) is 2 Bedroom, fully furnished 2 queen-sized bed in the master's bedroom & 2nd bedroom with sofa beds. The Mactan Newtown Beach has beach access with PHP 350.00/$6.00 pp (7) guest max. Building parking php 400.00/$7.00 daily. Complete Kitchen for use w/ dining and cooking utensils to help you prepare your own meals. Amenities include swimming pools (close every monday for cleaning) walking distance Robinsons Supermarket, Watson Pharmacy, McDonald's, Jollibee, Seven Eleven, Starbucks, Korean Restaurant, choobi choobi Buffett, Night Club, Resto, 15 minutes walk to Mactan Newtown Beach Resort, 15 minutes from Mactan International Airport. If you need transportation from the airport please let me know as I can assist PHP 1000.00/$17.00 one way.

The condo was a very nice well taken care of unit. The host made sure we felt welcomed. The was very nice. The only thing that would be helpful is an updated cook top. The burners was very warn and the controls were on labeled so it was not clear what knob worked for which burner. After a little trial and error it was fine. Would definitely stay here again.
