"Great hotel, very historic old mill converted property with a modern touch in the rooms. They were spacious as well. Main downside was the TERRIBLE WIFI; as a hotel ranked as “Top Rated for Business Travellers” I did want to flag this, as it made working from the property very challenging"

Not great!

"Probably my fault but I didn't realize deposit had to be in cash. So had to scramble to find ATM to get $300. Then checking out they doubled the cleaning fee on us. They didn't provide toilet paper or dish soap and had to go to the store to buy some. Would have been nice to know there was no toilet ..."
