"The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was modern and a 30 minute walk from the Notre-Dame and cenhtre-ville. Bedroom and bathroom was a good size, but lacked hanging space. The included breakfast was decent, but the machine coffee and tea was poor. The one criticism that deducted a star was the lack of water pressure in the shower, pretty poor. For the price, our stay was value for money. We would stay again."

"I enjoyed my night here. The reception guy was really helpful. There’s a restaurant/diner next door where they have 15% discount. It was practical and much better than the B&B Hotel which I mistakenly booked for the following week."

"Great location for visiting the city and cellars. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and convenient, The premisis were clean and well kept and the area felt safe even for nite touring. Nice parks nearby and lots of restaurants on a street nearby with lots of nite activity with young people and old."

"Ideally located and a perfect view of the cathedral and neighboring shops and restaurants. The 2 bedroom apartment was recently renovated to a high standard. It was excellent. Breakfast was very basic."

"From start to finish, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was amazing, a true 1 Michelin Star. The staff went above and beyond for our satisfaction and the property is very nice! A true castle experience! Don't skip the breakfast: Ideal to start the day on the right foot and very generous! If you are planning a visit in the Champagne area and want to have a true castle experience, don't skip this one! We had a room upgrade which was really nice. The room was spacious and the view on the garden was amazing!"

"City centre hotel with adequate parking. Units are in hotel and outside as separate blocks. Comfortable and well decorated. Could do with revising room light switches to control lights from bedside. Bedside lighting was unsatisfactory to me. But it is a nice hotel. Friendly staff."

"We booked this hotel, last minute for a one night stop off on our way home after a few weeks travelling through Europe and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We booked a classic room (cheapest) and it was superb, the AC worked very well in the heat, the room was huge with a seating area, great bathroom and separate toilet. We didn’t use the spa but the pool was quiet and very welcoming after a long drive. The staff all deserve a mention as the service is second to none but the highlight was the evening meal in the restaurant, we had planned to eat on the bistro as we thought the food in the main Michelin guide restaurant would be a bit fancy for us (we love good food but aren’t reay foodies) but as this wasn’t an option due to the bistro being closed we gave it a go and we’re glad we did as it was fantastic. We ended up having a main course and dessert each but this was accompanied by an amous bouche (thinks that’s how you spell it!), a huge hunk of bread and a pallet cleanser between courses, the wine list is extensive and way over my head but we managed to find a lovely bottle of Puilly fuilles to suit our taste and budget!! I should also mention that the restaurant terrace is beautiful especially when the sun go s down and the lights are on. Anyway, to summarise - great hotel, fabulous staff and restaurant!!"
