Family house in old stones, overlooking the Dordogne Valley with a garden and a beautiful terrace. Located in the village of Lanzac, 1 km from Souillac, 20 minutes from Rocamadour and 30 minutes from Sarlat.
The river is 10 minutes walk away, with several swimming accesses.
Private parking for 3 cars is available at the entrance of the house, the A20 motorway is 10 minutes away.

The view of the valley is omnipresent and the shaded garden is perfect for meals, BBQs, sunbeds and children's games.
The thick white stone walls keep the interior of the house cool.
The house is not refurbished but this large house is nevertheless full of charm and very comfortable.

Region:

Le Quercy, located on the border of the Lot and the Dordogne, offers many tourist activities: Canoeing, Tennis, Horse riding, Tree climbing, Water park, Caves, Castles...
The medieval sites of Rocamadour, Martel, Collonges-la-Rouge, Sarlat are all less than 30 minutes from the house.
The caves of Lascaux, Pech-Merle, Lacave or the Padirac chasm are all riches to discover nearby.
Gastronomic specialities are numerous in the region and will not fail to attract you to the best restaurants in the area.
