"Amazing Staff and beautiful rooms! Ask staff about making dinner reservations upon check-in as there can be few open restaurants on Monday nights or there can be a conference or event in town that fills up area restaurants quickly. The on-site restaurant may be a little pricier but definitely worth it (so delicious) and also has well priced pub fare options. "

"Everything was great during our stay except for the pillows. They were too firm and really effected my sleep unfortunately. But the property and rooms were very nice - gorgeous "lobby" (the huge seating area) and you couldn't beat the location."

"What a beautiful room in a beautiful hotel! It sits above several restaurants on the private third floor. The building is like a cross between a Victorian and the New Orleans French quarter. As old as the building must be, it is fully modernized with every amenity while maintaining its classic charm. The bathroom is amazing. There’s an oversized shower with an overhead rainfall shower head AND a detachable shower head with massager on the wall. And a separate soaking bathtub. Don’t even get me started on the toilet with the multi setting bidet and heated seat!"

"Very clean with a friendly staff. The breakfast was really good as well. About a 45 minute drive to Penn State for the game if your looking for a cheaper stay. "
