Welcome to Lannilis, in this beautiful tastefully renovated house, ideal for welcoming up to 8 people. Offering breathtaking views of the Aber Benoît, the 100 m² house perfectly equipped is nestled in a large garden of 1,000 m² with terrace and barbecue, perfect for convivial moments with family or friends. Located in a quiet setting, it is an ideal base for exploring the GR34 trails on foot or by bike. Access to the Aber Benoit is 200m away. Beaches and water activities are nearby, perfect for a nature and relaxation holiday in North Finistère.
Pass through the front door and let yourself be seduced by a large living space with access to the garden through a bay window. The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) provides you with everything you need to cook as if you were at home. For your breakfasts, a **filter coffee maker, a Senseo machine,** a kettle and a toaster are also at your disposal. Share your meals around the dining table or, on fine days, enjoy the one on the **terrace.** In the evening, relax in the lounge area, comfortably settled on the sofas and armchairs in front of the **television,** near the **pellet stove.**
On the upper floor is the sleeping area with its **four bedrooms.** 4 double bedrooms offer **sea views** and are equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), which can be converted into two single beds (80x200 cm). A third bedroom has a Queen Size bed, as does the fourth, which additionally benefits from a sea view, a walk-in shower and a vanity unit with mirror.
A second shared bathroom is equipped with a shower, and two independent toilets complete the facilities for added comfort.

You will be able to park up to 3 vehicles in the courtyard, and store your bicycles safely in the laundry room.
