### 2 bed Stunning Views Hot Tub Dog Friendly ADA
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene 2 bedroom 2 bath getaway near the waterfront of Bells Beach. Savor the panoramic views of the Saratoga Passage from the comfort of your covered and heated deck. Evenings are for stargazing in your private hot tub. Our Bells Beach home is a short drive to nearby shops, restaurants, galleries, and off-leash dog parks. Our home includes beach access, a fenced area of grass, and a fenced deck for your dog. ADA accessible with stairless entry from covered carport. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM & 8:00 AM.
Bells Beach Lookout can be rented as a three bedroom and 2.5 bath. (See VRBO 2757056) The third bedroom is located in the daylight basement, and includes a large couch, a queen bed, a computer work station, side tables, a smart TV, and a half bath.
I am available by cell phone, and we have a dream team of locals within a 5 minute drive to provide in person support.
It’s very much about island life and the natural world here. Guests come to walk the beaches, explore the tidepools, and hike the trails. People also watch for local wildlife, such as eagles and herons, as well as grey and orca whales. Our tall Evergreens are a perennial draw. Other nearby activities and attractions include the nearby off-leash dog parks, wineries, beaches, boat launches, and marinas. We’re close to the artistic town of Langley with restaurants, galleries, shops, and easy access to the waterfront.
Although Bells Beach Lookout is not officially classified as ADA-compliant, modifications were made to the home to allow for wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters. Guests can enjoy a stairless entry using the carport parking and 36" wide hallways, entrances, and openings to rooms. There is parking behind the house in the two-car-covered carport. The carport is flat, has motion detector lights, and is plenty wide enough for a van and another ten feet of room. Guests who require a 36" wide entry can use the glass gate from the carport, and follow the wide deck to the front of the house. To enter the house, guests enter through the glass door on the front deck which is 36" wide and has a ramp on either side - accessible for wheels and walkers. The main King Bedroom and the ensuite bathroom include a large curb-less shower with handrails, a wide entry, grab bars, a shower stool, and a 6-foot nozzle. The sink vanity has clearance for a wheelchair. The main bedroom has a clearance of 36" around the bed and to the bathroom.

#### Perfectly peaceful with amazing views! Very dog friendly!
This was a wonderful place to stay! Amazing views, comfortable home, easy access to a private neighborhood beach, very communicative owner, lovely fenced yard for the pets, close to Langley and the Saratoga Reserve, very clean and spacious. A wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

My husband and I were away for our anniversary and it was the perfect calm, quiet relaxing break we needed. Our kids are still young and we don't get a lot of time to just be together, this was a great spot to do it. Gorgeous views from the deck and comfortable, immaculate inside.

#### Beautiful calm getaway
This house is the perfect place to stay in Whidbey! Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We stated in the winter and had the perfect mix of cold, rainy days inside by the gas fireplace and cool, clear days out on the covered and heated patio overlooking the water. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing, cozy stay.

#### OUTSTANDING VIEW TO WHALE WATCH
Highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless, well-stocked, and the king bed was very comfy. Excellent communication from the hosts, Vanessa and Eric, they made us feel very welcome. Having a fenced in yard was a big plus for our little doggie! To top off our stay we got to see whales from the heated deck 3 days in a row.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was lovely. It was very clean, comfortable and very welcoming. We felt at home right away. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our oldest friends, and it was the perfect place. Spent hours lounging on the deck, enjoying the hot tub and just taking in the beautiful view. The neighborhood was very quiet. Loved the comfortable living room furniture and the cozy fireplace. Really good communication with Vanessa. Great location as well.
