"From the minute we arrived we were treated like royalty. Everyone did everything to make our stay amazing. Waterhole view room was an absolute treat seeing the animals go for a drink at their pleasure. The restaurant was great and buffet breakfast was perfect with real coffee included. Can’t believe we have this amazing park 40 mins from the city of Adelaide, we will be back. "

"Great communication from the moment we booked. Tucked away in the peaceful marina, the. Piccolina is everything we hoped and more! The welcome nibbles, gorgeous bedding (and very comfortable bed) and towels. The extra touches were fabulous and added such class to this boutique boating accom.We enjoyed such a restful night, its close to town and the instructions were great.We enjoyed cooking breakfast on the back deck, and even had a seal catching its own breakfast at the front of the boat. "Clean hotel, rooms are modernly furnished. Staff friendly but a little slow to assist you in the dining area but friendly enough. Location is great. Enjoyed the infinituve pool on the first floor. Will use this hotel again."

"We were delayed on check-in day, arriving at the accomodation just before 7pm. As this is my first time booking a 2 1 accomodation, I omit to mention to Becky that we need the day bed made up, as well as towels for the 3rd occupant. Becky was kind enough to assist despite it being really late, and we were very grateful about that. There is also no wi-fi, a conscious decision to allow travellers to enjoy the beautiful town and its surrounds - we thoroughly loved Goolwa Barrage (seal sightings); Port Elliot's Horseshoe Bay; Hahndorf (duh!) and Coorong Yelloweye Mullet which is a delicacy from the unique Murray River x Southern Ocean habitat. On the way to Strathalbyn, we crossed the Murray River at Wellington, a free 5-min boat ride - that was exhilarating! Glad to have found this property months earlier and be able to explore the quieter area in peak tourism season. "
