We initially had a lagoon room which we didn’t love so we upgraded to a second floor room overlooking the pool. They were very accommodating. Used the gym and ate at all the restaurants. We also enjoyed the great acoustic guitar player each night. I spoke with a staff member the next morning and they said they would investigate and call me back…of course no return call. I guess the next guest will have the same problem! I moved to Airlie Beach Hotel for a fraction more cost, but wonderfully clean and I had a great sleep! Definitely not returning!"
