When you get off the island railway, bringing its colorful cars all travelers and their luggage from the port to the train station, then you must go only two minutes walk. The house has plenty of space, a large living room with upstream sun terrace, a dining area, can sit comfortably in the six persons. The separate kitchen is equipped with everything: Here you can cook the perfect dinner. If you do not prefer to go to one of the nearby restaurants Langeooger. The decor is consistent because the homeowner attach great importance to style and wish that you feel on vacation at home, relaxed and comfortable. Only the scenery is more beautiful than the house. To the beach you will not worry: all roads lead there. And if you like to ride a bike: Langeoog offers kilometers of bicycle paths, bicycle parking space is right outside the front door. The living room is the center of the house: If you do not sit on the terrace, you can relax on two large sofas, watch TV or watch movies (Blueray player.) A small library provides wide selection of reading material and DVDs: From Crime to the classics you will find exciting holiday readings. Bathroom and bedroom are on the first floor, leading up to a comfortable large wooden staircase. The bathroom in wood and orange-brown is spacious and comfortable. The two separate bedrooms are carpeted and equipped with comfortable mattresses. One bedroom has a double bed - 200 x 200 - and one with two separate beds. The wooden wardrobes provide plenty of storage space and are built. For children it will be provided: a folding cot and a highchair can be placed. The usual electrical appliances are naturally present: washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, Miele stove with oven, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, toaster, iron and ironing board, a number of radio, TV and music system, if required WLAN. For dog owners, the apartment is perfect, because the terrace is complete in itself. On request it is possible to bring a small to medium-sized dog. (Please to give details.) On the terrace you will find four teak lounge chairs, matching conditions, there are in the bedroom closet; Teak chairs and dining table. The terrace is surrounded by roses island. Es gibt zwei Dinge, die man wissen sollte: 1) nebenan ist ein Getränkemarkt, dessen Kühlaggregat nachts gelegentlich anspringt. Die meisten von uns hat das überhaupt nicht gestört - bis auf einen Grossstadt-gestressten Tinitus-Patient unter uns, der musste bei bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen, war dann ok. 2) Wenn man Kinder dabei hat muss man sehr aufpassen auf die weiße Sofaecke und die schönen Stoffbezüge in der Sitzecke. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war sauber. Die Einrichtung ist klassisch. Die sehr ruhige Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs ist praktisch. Sie verfügt über eine Terrasse, auf der man die Nachmittags- und Abendsonne genießen kann. Das Badezimmer ist noch nicht renoviert und besitzt den "Charme der 80er". Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist sehr gut gewesen. ##### Achim W. Koffer auspacken und der Urlaub konnte sofort starten! Liebevoll eingerichtet, super gepflegt und top ausgestattet mit Elektrogeräten von Miele.
