Good luck ! Forget the stress of everyday life and let yourself be enchanted by the unspoilt nature. Our holiday homes are located directly next to the forest, hiking trails/cycle paths start right behind the house and invite you to take long walks and cycle tours. The holiday homes are located in a cul-de-sac (private road) Lautenthal would like to take you to one of the most romantic valleys in the Harz. The Innerstenstausee is only 10 minutes away, the Innerste can be reached in 1 minute. Lautenthal has an outdoor swimming pool and the Harzer Schnitzelkönig (10 min. walk) offers excellent food. Here you can recharge your batteries, breathe in the fresh scent of flowers and the clear air of the Upper Harz forests. The fox and the raccoon come right up to the house. All holiday homes have a car parking space, garden furniture, barbecue, flat screen TV with cable TV, stereo system with CD player, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, Senceo coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker etc.... Of course you will also find all the "small stuff" from the frying pan to the coffee spoon. Danach haben wir die Heizung einfach nicht mehr benutzt und nachts lieber gefroren.Zum eigentlich Zweck des Urlaubs, Wandern mit Hund, sehr schöne Wege/Wälder und nette Menschen, alle Begegnungen waren sehr nett.Wer also wandern will, kann dort einige schöne Kilometer sammeln. ##### Sven K. Zum Erholen genau richtig. Leider ist es für 4 Personen, gerade mit Kindern im Alter von 11 und 13 Jahren etwas zu klein und zu eng. Ansonsten ist im Häuschen alles was man benötigt und es liegt sehr schön...besonders für Wanderer super geeignet. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Das eizigste was wirklich fehlte war WLan. Wir hatten in der gesamten Gegend von Lautenthal keinen Internetempfang. Was natürlich schlecht war unsere Wanderrouten rauszusuchen. ##### Corinna L. Es ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Räume sind relativ klein. Treppenaufgang zu den Schlafzimmern ist sehr steil. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt in der ruhigen Umgebung sehr genossen. Die Innenausstattung ist einfach und zweckgerecht, alles Wichtige ist vorhanden (außer WLAN :-)). Die Treppe zu den Schlafräumen ist steil und eng, im oberen Bereich ist das eine Schlafzimmer recht geräumig, so weit es diese Bauweise von Häusern zulässt, das andere jedoch kann man nur fast kriechend betreten. Durch den Dachvorsprung kann man auch bei Regen draußen sitzen, allerdings ist es dadurch drinnen sehr dunkel. Geheizt wird per Nachspeicherheizung oder Heizlüfter mit Strom, und das Haus ist nicht isoliert, so dass man bei Kälte mit hohen Stromkosten rechnen muss. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns als Naturliebhaber, die keinen besonderen Luxus und Schnickschnack brauchen, war es ideal, und ich kann mir gut vorstellen, noch einmal wiederzukommen. ##### Reina B. Stayed 3 nights in Jun 2018 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Heiko N. 18 May 2018 #### sehr schön gelegen, gemütlich und günstig. wir waren für 4 tage dort, doch bietet die hütte alles was einen wesentlich längeren aufenthalt stark angenehm macht. am tage in der umgebung wandern, man ist sofort im wald der direkt hinter dem haus beginnt, und auch am fluss, der wiederum nach 5 minuten laufen durch den wald zu erreichen ist, abends grillen und die ruhe am haus geniessen. die hütte bietet alles was man sich wünscht, küche mit herd, kaffemaschine, kühlschrank und bad mit dusche, ein kleiner tv, und auch einen kleinen grill. zudem ist die kommunikation zwischen dem vermieter und uns sehr schnell und freundlich gewesen. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden mit sicherheit wieder mieten. sehr empfehlenswert! ##### Heiko N.
