Lovely peaceful stay in a spacious property

Myself, my husband and 2 daughters stayed in this property. The very friendly and helpful owner greeted us on arrival. The property is very spacious and spotless, and is located in a private, peaceful resendential area with lots of walking trails accessible by foot. The walk to the local bakery, middle sized supermarket and pharmacy is about 10min. The kitchen is well equipped, lovely snuggly duvets and the WiFi signal is very strong with good speed. The property has got a large smart TV and as we are Netflix & Disney plus customers, we had no problem logging into our English account and watching an English movie in the evening. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

gemütliches Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus Carlotta bietet genug Platz für vier bis sechs Personen. Der Wohn- und Essraum ist angenehm groß und sehr gemütlich. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Etwas schwierig ist nur, dass es für alle Bewohner nur eine Dusche gibt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte problemlos und sehr schnell. Das Schönste aus unserer Sicht ist die Lage des Hauses: man kann wunderbar direkt vom Haus aus loswandern - durch sehr schöne, leicht bergige Landschaft und ist trotzdem schnell mit dem Auto in Goslar oder am Brocken. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wochenende im Harz

Wir hatten einen tollen Kurzurlaub im wunderschönen Harz. Herr Lang war jederzeit für uns ansprechbar und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und perfekt für 6 Personen. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es Rewe, Nahkauf und damit alles, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wanderurlaub

Wir waren mit Sechs Personen dort im Wanderurlaub, durch die Natur, auf den Brocken und zu den Stauseen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und dass bereits einige Stunden vor der offiziellen Anreisezeit. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und in Unmittelbarer Nähe bekommt man alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist modern und gut ausgestattet, sodass wir nur wenig einkaufen mussten. Die Zimmer sind mit Balkon, sodass man auch dort gemütlich sitzen kann. Meistens saßen wir jedoch auf der Terrasse, wenn wir nicht gerade unterwegs waren. WLAN und ein großer Smart TV sind auch vorhanden. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft aufjedendall weiterempfehlen. Der Vermieter ist sehr entgegenkommend, wir haben uns direkt auf das "du" geeinigt, wodurch das ganze noch lockerer wurde.

Super Herbsturlaub

Wir verbrachten eine tolle Woche im Harz. Trotz Sturms war es im Haus immer sicher und gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war völlig unkompliziert. Herr Kang war jederzeit erreichbar und ķümmerte sich unverzüglich. Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen schönen Urlaub so braucht. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Tolles Haus in schöner Region

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Übergabe ging völlig unkompliziert über die Bühne. Wir haben auch direkt mehr als genug Unternehmungstipps für die Umgebung bekommen, die für Kurzweil gesorgt haben. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Schöne Lage

Die FeWo ist groß und gerade mit Kindern ist der Garten goldwert. Die Lage ist für viele Ausflüge, auch direkte Wanderungen, super. Ich empfehle die Beschreibung ausführlich zu lesen um alle Kosten zu überblicken. Daher einen Stern Abzug. Preis-Leistung habe ich schon besser erlebt.
