The hotel was in a great location we walked to all our sightseeing destinations some walk where 45 min
Staff was great rooms were clean. Breakfast had a good selection but hot food was only scrambled eggs every day buy you could also get hard boiled eggs. Better breakfast than many other hotels.

The room was clean, there was a problem at the check out time as all the guest have the same check out and all the elevators collapse, it took us more than an hour to get down.
The parking is really a problem as we had to go up almost 20 floors.
Location is pretty good.

Beautiful and charming. Very pleasant staff. Be aware that the elevator is very antiquated so 1 person and 2 large suitcases at a time is all that will fit but was not a problem. Beautiful location would stay here again! Side note, like most places in Italy, there is a city tax you have to pay at checkout so be aware

Brand new hotel (opened officially December 2024) and it felt like it. Everything was wonderful. Only comment is that the pool had a lot of people who didn’t seem to be staying at the hotel, doing swimming lessons or equivalent. Aside from that everything here was perfect.
