The staff there are the best I've ever experienced. It starts from the time you arrive in your taxi and are greeted by one or two people before you can close the car door. I was feeling sick one day and the manager was so attentive and kind offering any help he could to make me feel better. I just loved my time there.

Centrally located in the old quarter, this apartment provided modern amenities, was stylish and provided 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen. The kitchen area also included a combo washer/dryer, which was very useful.
The photos online looked a bit AI to us before booking, but the apartment looked exactly like the photos upon arrival.
Hotel staff (Thomas) provided great service, and we booked a number of tours and drivers through the hotel, and all were well planned and executed and would highly recommend.
The hotel presented exceptional value for money and would recommend this to any family travellers

By far the best part was the staff, though. The housekeepers kept my room clean and tidy every day, front desk staff was welcoming and friendly, and Helena was so extremely kind and thoughtful! I would have liked to get to know them better if I had more time. Thank you Le Chanvre! 💖
