"It was a little tiny place we had to go to the sister Motel to get our key which was taped to the window and I was just a little weird for me but hey it's a small small town it worked we even got visited by a bear it was in the trash that the motel left out"

"I can’t say enough about how thoroughly we enjoyed our stay; from the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff gave us their full attention, assistance and love. "Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was great! We loved the whole Cascade Village community. Neighbors were friendly, but overall a quiet place with great amenities. There were plenty of games, linens and supplies. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. We enjoyed the gym, sauna and hot tubs. Everything inside the condo was so clean. The only negatives were that there were no cutting boards and no oil for cooking, the upstairs got very, very warm and the fan barely did anything. Also, the patio was not clean at all - cobwebs and bird poop everywhere. We didn't test out the grill for that reason. All things that we could handle though so we would recommend and come stay again. It's absolutely beautiful and close to Silverton and Durango."

"Our two families had an amazing time in this beautiful and very clean home. Not only did this home accommodate 13 people very comfortably, the living room areas were immense so we could spread out. The owners were very gracious and kind. We were so grateful for their immediate availability on a couple questions we had. Between the immense deck with panoramic views, hot tub, hiking trails that led to the store and gondolas, and the BBQ, our stay was like being in paradise! What a fabulous home with great accommodating owners! Your crazy not to want to stay in this luxury home!"

"Clean property, quiet neighborhood, has everything you need to cook your meals if you want it. It’s located between Durango and Silverton, close to City Market for needed groceries. Plenty of gas stations.The highlight of our trip was the Train Ride from Durango to Silverton.The weather was beautiful during our stay.Beds are firm, not too comfortable, was not able to enjoy the outdoors much due to tons of mosquitoes, have to spray your self a lot. There were no fish in the little pond in front of the property, Another con was that the biggest lake called Electra Lake you have to pay to get in and it’s per person not per vehicle. I was looking forward to go all the different lakes, however, they are mostly in private property and no access. We wanted an outdoor experience and we felt cheated. Over all we had a good time and we recommended the property,"
