### Paradiski, calm and sunny vallandry

Residence build in 2020 with cover carpark. Situated at 350m from the slopes and shops, west side apartment are very sunny and enjoy a nice view.   
5 floor buiding with 2 lift.  
  
125sqm apartment with a private parking space, located on the 3rd level of a recent residence about 350metres of the shopping center and chairlift of vallandry.  
  
This upscale apartment is rented for 10 people. It consists of a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 singles beds and private balcony, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed. An open kitchen to the living room opening to an west large balcony.  
There is also a bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer and separated toilet.   
  
The little extra: Sheets ans towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short breaks).   
  
Equipment : Dishwasher, family fridge, oven and microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine. Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster. Television. Dvd player. Rented with 1 parking space in the residence.  
Rented with a ski locker.  
WIFI.  
  
Sleeps : 2 double bed, 2 singles beds, 2 bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old) + 1 single bed  
Sanitary: 1 shower room (Italian) with WC and one bathroom with bath and toilets separated.  
  
Good to know: You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.  
You recover the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.  
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.  
End of stay cleaning not included.  
  
INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.  
NO SMOKING apartment: billing for smell of 300 € for cleaning all fabrics
