Situated at 350m from the slopes and shops, west side apartment are very sunny and enjoy a nice view. 5 floor buiding with 2 lift. 64m² apartment with a private parking space, 4\* classification, located on the first level of a new residence about 350metres of the shopping center and chairlift of vallandry. This upscale apartment is rented for 6 people. It consists of a bedroom with double bed and private showeroom, a bedroom with 2 single bed but rapprochables and an open kitchen to the living room (with sofabed) opening n to an west large terrasse (19.6smq). The showeroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, the bathroom is equiped with bath and toilet, 1 indepandant toilet. Free Wifi. The little extra: Sheets ans towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights (excluding short breaks). Equipment : Dishwasher, family fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, Television. WIFI with extra cost under reservation Rented with 1 parking space in the residence. Rented with a ski locker. Sleeps : 1 double bed, 2 single bed, 1 sofa bed in the livingroom. Sanitary: 1 shower room (Italian) ans one bathroom with bath and toilets, 1 indepandant toilet. Good to know: You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates. You recover the services ordered upon arrival at the agency. A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit. End of stay cleaning not included.
