Situated at 350m from the slopes and shops, west side apartment are very sunny and enjoy a nice view. 5 floor buiding with 2 lift. 65m² apartment with a private parking space, located on the second level of a recent residence about 350metres of the shopping center and chairlift of vallandry. This upscale apartment is rented for 6/7 people. It consists of a bedroom with double bed and private showeroom, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds + 1 single bed and an open kitchen to the living room (with sofabed) opening n to an west large terrasse. The showeroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, the bathroom is equiped with bath and toilet, 1 indepandant toilet. The little extra: Sheets ans towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights (excluding short breaks). Equipment : Dishwasher, family fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Television. WIFI Rented with 1 parking space in the residence + power outlet for electric vehicle Rented with a ski locker. Sleeps : 1 double bed, 2 bund beds,1 single bed, 1 sofa bed in the livingroom. Sanitary: 1 shower room and one bathroom with bath and toilets, 1 indepandant toilet. Good to know: You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates. You recover the services ordered upon arrival at the agency. A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit. INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed.
