Le bémol : il est très petit pour 4 personnes (2 adultes, 2 adolescents), il nécessiterait selon nous de rangements (sans pour autant réduire la surface de vie ...) ainsi que d'un rafraichissement, notamment de la salle de bain. A noter qu'il est quasi impossible de prendre 4 douches de suite sans manquer d'eau chaude. La vaisselle mise à disposition est à peine suffisante.
