  • The non-smoking holiday apartment is on the upper floor u. provides comfort for
    1-2 people. The 35 sqm apartment has a small bedroom, 1
    Living room with corner couch, LED TV, DVD player u. Radio with CD. kitchenette
    with microwave, 2 hot plates, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine / filter bags, egg cooker ... all the necessary things are available. A large window element offers a panoramic view of St. Andreasberg and the mountains. In front of it is a small balcony which in summer is equipped with 2 armchairs / table and an awning for sun protection.
    The bathroom has a shower / toilet incl. Baduntensilien.
    The apartment ins complete with towels and. Bed linen fitted.
    Free WiFi and a parking space are available.
    Our approx. 120 sqm wellness oasis with solarium,
    Fitness equipment, relaxation room, sanarium, private pool (approx. April to October) and in the summer an additional garden with seating. Here you can, after
    prior arrangement, be active according to your wishes or let your mind wander,

    - As a welcome gift you will receive a good bottle of wine u. a small
       Surprise basket.
    - Information folder about the Harz region with hiking maps is ready.
    - Sauna by appointment (incl. Shower u. Sauna towel) 1st pers. 7 euros each
       additional person 5 euros. Solarium 3 euros
    - bread service from Monday to Saturday
    - The local guest fee will be charged separately.

Hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Hatten wundervolle 10 Tage im Haus Berlin. Frau Kühl ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Haben auch viel zb. Brötchen bestellen, per WhatsApp erledigen können, so musste man sich nicht immer abpassen. Auch der Wellness Bereich war sehr sehr schön. Generell war alles sauber und ordentlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kleine aber feine Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Zunächst müssen wir sagen, dass der gesamte Ablauf mit der Gastgeberin perfekt, freundlich und reibungslos gelaufen ist und sie für Fragen immer zur Verfügung gestanden hat. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Als Startpunkt für Ausflüge liegt die Wohnung perfekt, auch im Zentrum ist man in wenigen Minuten.

Mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail, sehr geschmackvoll, stimmig, gemütlich, behaglich eingerichtet und dekoriert sowie ausgestattet. Perfekte Sauberkeit. Sehr saubere,wunderbar gelegene Ferienwohnung. Traumhafte FeWo mit wundervollem Ausblick

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön, die Vermieterin ist super lieb und zuvorkommend, schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation vorab und während der Tage. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, ist süß eingerichtet, sehr sauber und der Blick vom Balkon auf das harzer Panorama ist wie im Paradies. Die Lage der FeWo ist super, schnell im Zentrum, trotzdem hat man seine Ruhe. Zusätzlich gibt es einen liebevoll angelegten Wellness/Sportbereich. Die Tage vergingen viel zu schnell. Wir kommen bald wieder. Vielen lieben Dank.

Klasse Aufenthalt!

Es ist eine klasse Unterkunft in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben und die Zeit im Harz genossen haben. Alles gut gepflegt und sauber, schöner Pool, genau das richtige für Erholung, aber auch für Wandertouren!
