"Arrived late at our stay and then realised that we had in fact booked for the weekend after! Disaster after a 6 hour drive and very little options. We apologised and explained the error to our host. Amazingly and also luckily the host immediately went to work setting up an alternative glamping pod for us to stay in. "arrived to be greeted by one of the bar staff who was very friendly, then the manager came to see us and signed us in, explained about time of breakfast, then helped us up stairs with our overnight bags. such a really nice gentleman, his name was Dave. the room was very clean and tidy, lovely white fluffy towels, plenty of tea, coffee etc. Breakfast was so good, and plenty of it , that was an extra charge of £9 pp, so worth it. would definitley stay again."
