In the resort 500 m from the centre of Kauns, in a sunny, elevated position, 6 km from the lake, 8 km from the skiing area. Private: well-kept garden (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Storeroom available. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, thermal baths "Quellalpin" 10 km, bathing lake "Ried" 6 km. Tennis 5 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, gondola lift 6 km, ski rental 9 km, ski bus stop 500 m, ski school 9 km, cross country ski track 10 km, ice rink 6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis 12 km, Kaunertaler Gletscher 30 km, Fendels 8 km. Hiking paths: Naturpark Kaunergrat 7 km. Please note: car recommended.
