It had a great location and price. The property apppeared clean, just old. (Older fixtures, office chair pleather was 90% worn off, etc) The staff was very fiendly, and there were many options for breakfast. I took a star off because the pillows were "eh" and the door to my room looked like it had been kicked in, or pried open with a crowbar at some point. I feel like replacing the door is more of a safety issue due to the door looking very rough around deadbolt/latch and not having a safety chain. With that being said, I didn't feel unsafe. Overall, it was clean and served it's purpose to give me a place to rest my head.
