The room wasn’t the cleanest. Also had requested a double bed but did not receive this. Was really hard to get hold of staff to communicate. Hotel itself was lovely area and still would not put me off going again.

The apartments were exactly like the photos, large airy warm, well equipped washer, dishwasher hairdryer tv, Netflix (own account) WiFi, really comfy close to the city, less than a 10 minute walk. Definitely 5 star and definitely worth the money

Beds were comfortable. Hotel room was quiet. Breakfast was plentiful. Hotel centrally located. Check in was smooth. Front desk arranged breakfast to go for us when we had an early excursion which was so appreciated!

The hotel was only about 30 seconds walk away from the taxi drop-off or a tram stop, and in the heart of the old town square! When I visited there it was during the heatwave so not having a mini fridge was a tiny bit of inconvenience but it won't be an issue for the most cases. There are small shops just outside the hotel to buy cold drinks and other groceries anyway :)
Lovely room with high ceilings, bins were emptied and towels were changed on request daily. I only tried the breakfast once, but the selections were enough to fill you up and tasty.
It was a perfect environment for a solo traveller like me, I'll stay at this hotel again when I visit Kraków next time!
