    Conveniently located just a short walk to the beach and town centre, everything you need is at your fingertips—from fresh coffee at Café 6044 to fish and chips at Lancelin Seafood.

    Affordable, pet-friendly, and full of coastal charm—Aqua Sand is the perfect home base for your Lancelin adventures!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Aqua Sands has everything you need for Lancelin. It’s cosy inside, but also has a great outdoor entertaining area if that’s more your style. Dogs love it with new fenced grass area. Just booked to come again in the school holidays :)

Location was good, unfortunately communication with the property was poor.

Messaged property manager 15 mins prior to arrival… No one there to meet us. After 4 phone calls and approximately 1 hour later she turned up. The lovely lady next door let us in so we could unload our car. Unit was not very clean. It would have been nice to have the fridge and hot water system turned on prior to our arrival.
