With AC in the lounge and secure front and rear courtyards, comfort is key whether you’re cooling off after a day at the beach or kicking back with a BBQ in the front patio. Plus, your furry friends are welcome here, too!  
  
Conveniently located just a short walk to the beach and town centre, everything you need is at your fingertips—from fresh coffee at Café 6044 to fish and chips at Lancelin Seafood.  
  
Affordable, pet-friendly, and full of coastal charm—Aqua Sand is the perfect home base for your Lancelin adventures!

 Pet friendly.  
Linen Supplied just bring your own towels and relax.  
 The price quoted allows 2 adults and 2 children. Additional guests attract additional charges – Please select the required number of additional guests from the additional services list.

#### Location was good, unfortunately communication with the property was poor.

Messaged property manager 15 mins prior to arrival… No one there to meet us. After 4 phone calls and approximately 1 hour later she turned up. The lovely lady next door let us in so we could unload our car. Unit was not very clean. It would have been nice to have the fridge and hot water system turned on prior to our arrival.
