Great getaway home in the Lancaster Area

Spacious home that accommodated our large family. Great outdoor and indoor spaces. Many thoughtful touches throughout. Bonus of delicious yogurt and granola along with some other snacks. Oh and that coffee bar has everything you could think of!

We all really enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk to Intercourse and all the shops. Countryside was beautiful and short drives to Bird In Hand, New Holland and so many more places. The house is in a really good location.

Perfect Location

This home was very clean, comfortable and a great location. It had everything we needed, full kitchen, large dining room and family room. We had four adults and there was plenty of room. Looking forward to going back in the warmer months to enjoy the outside, especially the fire pit.

Great Family Sized House

The house and grounds were beautiful, spacious and well maintained. The ammenitoes were great including well stocked coffee bar and amenities. Location was great for visiting the area. Considering there was a generous cleaning fee was a bit shocking to have to strip beds, empty garage and wash dishes and appliances. We fully expect to leave the place in descent condition. Overall happy.

Annual girls get away

The place was very cute. We really enjoyed the outside fire pit area where you could listen to the horse and carriages go by. Great location. We were surprised there was no tv or dishwasher and the upstairs shower was very small.

This was the perfect location and home to spend our time with friends that we hadn’t seen in a while while we went to See Sight and Sound together. The home exceeded our expectations. So many wonderful details were thought of to make our stay comfortable. We all loved it!

Our stay was fabulous! The owner thought of everything with the accommodation's! Plenty of open space, beautiful scenery, home was spotless and well stocked. Fun Bunch Trip

If you plan to visit Amish Country in Pennsylvania, look no further than the Flower Patch Cottage in Gordonville, Pa.!It's a wonderful place, has everything you could want, and is centrally located to so many things in the area. The house is neat, clean and served our party of 8 adults so well! And....as an added bonus, the homemade vanilla yogurt waiting for us when we got there was a big hit!Well done Suzanne! PS: The lightning bug show in the cornfield in the evening was amazing!

Perfect Place

We absolutely loved this home! It had so many special touches—the coffee bar with an expresso machine, homemade yogurt, and fresh granola, just to name a few. As stated in the details, there's no TV, but the Wi-Fi is excellent, and we were able to stream a couple of sporting events on our devices. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Everything we wanted to see and do was less than 30 minutes away. We will recommend this home to friends and family who visit the Lancaster area.

Awesome Flower Patch Cottage

Very clean, well stocked, met all our expectations and then some. Loved the idea of no tv. Made for a very positive visit. Setting was beautiful, loved seeing the Amish and Mennonite traveling by horse and buggy. Nestled between farms on three sides was awesome. Would highly recommend! Plan on going back.

Weekend Sibling Gathering

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The ease of accessing the property, the cleanliness, the location, everything was superb. The owners did not miss a thing! They had coffee, oils, salt and pepper, seasoning ketchup, mustard, everything that you would need. They even had wood available for the fire in the fire pit. I have not one negative thing to say about our stay. Thanks again and we will definitely look you up next time we come to Lancaster PA

A wonderful house for families with young children

We had a wonderful stay! The playroom in the basement with toys and books was appreciated. The yogurt, granola, and coffee were excellent. The house was more spacious than expected from the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and soap. There are also two extra folding tables and chairs to extend the dining room. Communication with the host was kind and gracious. One thing to note is that the two mattresses on the main floor are very soft.

Our Stay

The property is very central to many attractions. We stayed with 2 other couples and we loved the size of the property. Having four bedrooms and three bathrooms is a huge plus. The host, Suzanne is just an email away for any questions. There are no televisions on the property, which i thought was a little odd, but soon came to realize that it was a time to unplug from tv viewing and enjoy quality time with friends, we did not miss it. Overall, a very charming place.

Our family of 7 aged 60+ found this rental to be as pleasant as advertised and very comfortable. It was well provisioned and the area was beautiful. The addition of a TV would have been welcomed to keep abreast of the news but we were aware of there not being one so all was good. We enjoyed playing games, reading and watching the regular passings of horse and buggies. We would rent this unit again.

Happy stay in Pa

Overall, the property worked well for myself and three friends. No TV was a surprise so we watched our favorite football team on ipads (thank goodness for wifi), I stayed in a downstairs bedroom with a large bathroom but the gals upstairs said their shower was very small and the bathroom floor and rug were dirty. There is also alot of traffic on that highway although the clip clop of horses was so enjoyable! The countryside was just breathtaking and traveling the country roads so fun. A lovely property with plenty of room!
